NMD at MicoCosmo Festival 2026 within the MeeT-Fungi project

The NMD Network will participate in the third edition of the MicoCosmo Festival, which will take place in Cevo (BS), in Valle Camonica, in the Pineta area, immersed in a forest environment of high natural value.
NMD’s participation is part of the MeeT-Fungi project and represents an important opportunity to contribute to the Festival activities by bringing the Network’s expertise in fungal biodiversity monitoring and structured collection of mycological data.
In this context, NMD will promote the role of fungal data for environmental monitoring, strengthening the dialogue between the scientific community, institutions, and citizens.
The MicoCosmo Festival confirms itself as a key event for mycology in Italy, featuring activities such as field excursions, laboratories, workshops, and discussion sessions.
