JoNeF at IMC12 in Maastricht
On August 11-15, 2024, the 12th International Mycological Congress (IMC12) took place in Maastricht, Netherlands.
On August 12th, the JoNeF project and survey report were presented during Workshop 06, ‘Advancing fungal conservation‘.
Session description: we will use the workshop to introduce, discuss, solicit feedback, and the test goals and targets being developed for a much-needed Global Strategy for Fungal Conservation. The Strategy will be roughly analogous to the Global Strategy for Plant Conservation that has helped guide plant conservation action and funding for the past 20+ years.
